Fantastic news for the many individuals and organisations who have worked so hard to deliver spectacular programmes of community change, innovation in service provision, and created a robust, enduring collaborative, non-partisan group.

I am proud to have been Chairman of the Partnership for nearly 4 years and to have worked with leaders from local government, police, fire, health services, voluntary sector, charities, climate change, faith and equality groups, national organisations such as the Environment Agency, Natural England, The National Trust and with local businesses.

Good morning.

I have just voted for you. I voted for your party because I didn't want the Conservative candidate to win. I was impressed by some of your policies, particularly your approach to the nuclear issue and also your apparent awareness of the need to support those at the bottom of the pile.

I have been appalled at Labour's foolishness recently, huge errors of judgement have been made.

However I remember the awful place that this country became under Tory rule, as a young man I bought in to the need to change and sadly voted Thatcher in. Never again.

I agree with Ashdown about the relative positioning of the three major parties.

Potentially these are exciting times for British politics. Please choose wisely and do not form an alliance with the Conservatives.
